We try to minimize the amount of waste we create. Some scraps will see life in other products we release in the near future.
Where are your notebooks made?

We hand make all of our notebooks here in Los Angeles, CA.

How do I order custom notebooks for my company or organization?

We can work with you to create a custom Pockit notebook for your brand. This can include the cover design, the amount of pages inside the notebook, and even the size of the notebook itself. Ordering

Where does Pockit ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, South Korea, and Taiwan. If you would like to make a purchase but don't live in one of the above locations, please let us know, and we'll try to accommodate.
Can I cancel my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please email us as soon as possible with your order number. Please understand that we try to assemble your package as fast as possible and cannot accommodate all requests.
What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your Pockit Notebook. You have until 30 days of receipt of your package to let us know if you'd like to return your order. When contacting us, be sure to include your order number and which product(s) you wish to return.

Unfortunately, we can't cover your return shipping charges. Returned items must be unopened and unused.
When will I get my order?

Standard USPS First Class shipping takes between 1-6 days in the United States and up to 24 days to the rest of the world. We also offer expedited shipping options for an extra fee.
How much does shipping cost?

We offer $5 flat rate shipping to U.S. addresses. Shipping costs outside of the U.S. are calculated based on location and the items in your order. You will always see the shipping price before you purchase.
What about VAT and custom fees?

International shipments may have VAT (Value Added Tax) or other customs/duty-fees determined by your local government. You are responsible for all VAT and other import tax payments.
